What is NIFTY PILATES?
NIFTY PILATES is a vibrant, welcoming studio specializing in reformer Pilates. Located in the Lower Mission in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia, we’re all about helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence through dynamic, full-body workouts on the reformer. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or totally new, our instructors are here to guide you every step of the way and make sure you feel right at home. How do I book a class?
You can book a class through our Nifty Pilates app (available for Apple & Android) or here on our website. Simply create an account, browse our class schedule, and reserve your spot. If you’re new to our studio, you’ll need to create an account before booking.
I’m new to Pilates—what class should I take?
We recommend our Beginner Basics class for new clients or anyone who feels a bit nervous about reformer Pilates. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals, helping you build a strong foundation and feel comfortable with each move. However, no matter what class you take, we’ll make sure you feel strong and supported!
Do I need to wear socks?
Yes! For safety and hygiene, grippy socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, we offer NIFTY-branded grippy socks for sale at the studio. You can also pre-purchase socks online and pick them up when you arrive!
What’s your late-cancellation policy?
To ensure fair access to classes, our late-cancellation policy is as follows:
Standard Members: Late cancellations apply if canceled within 8 hours of the class start time.
Unlimited Members: Late cancellations apply if canceled within 4 hours of the class start time.
Please note: we do not accept bookings or cancellations for classes via social media. Please manage your bookings online or through your app or send us an email at info@niftypilates.com for support.
What if I’m on the waitlist?
If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the class. You’ll receive a notification, and our cancellation policy will apply if you do not attend. Be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you’re no longer planning to come!
What should I bring to my first class?
Bring a water bottle, grippy socks (or purchase them at the studio), and wear comfortable, flexible workout attire, ideally form-fitting so we can keep an eye on your form. We also recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to check in, settle in, and get ready for class. If you’ve never been to the studio, arriving 10 minutes before class is perfect!
Is parking available?
Yes! There’s ample parking near the studio:
Street Parking on Tutt and Grove: Paid from 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday. It’s free before 9 AM, after 5 PM, and all day on weekends.
Weekend Parking: Parking is free all weekend!
Please note: we have tons of amazing places to eat in this neighbourhood, so parking could get a little tricky during peak-eating hours (lunch and dinner) Please plan accordingly so you aren’t late for class!
Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes, we offer a variety of membership options and class packages. You can explore our membership details on the app or our website, or speak to our team at the front desk for guidance on which option best fits your goals.
